For the past half-decade, Fancyy Media has been grounded in an unparalleled passion for the art of video creation, coupled with a deep understanding and love for enriching lives.
My venture into this realm began during my high school freshman year, and naturally, Fancyy Media has evolved alongside my personal development. Together, we've navigated a multitude of transformations, embracing both triumphs and challenges along the way.
Andrew who embarked on this entrepreneurial journey at age 14 and the present 19-year-old Andrew represent distinct individuals, shaped by unique experiences. Following my high school graduation in June 2023, I had a portfolio of over 170 distinctive videos, driven by an unmatched passion for creativity. Transitioning to college life at VCU in August, I immersed myself not only in academic pursuits but also in invaluable life experiences that have profoundly contributed to my personal growth. As I navigate the dynamic realm of advertising, a field that aligns with my ultimate career aspirations, I am continually inspired to evolve into a more refined and accomplished individual.
2024 has truly been remarkable thus far. I’ve found myself in various projects revolving around videography and advertising, some of which are still under wraps! Among the highlights, I have the privilege of serving as Producer for VCU's award-winning Ad Club and honing my advertising skills through a fresh part-time endeavor in Richmond. The fulfillment of long-held aspirations is finally materializing, though admittedly, my plate is fuller than ever. As my priorities shift, preserving my passion becomes paramount.
For now, I've made the decision to close the books. While it wasn't an easy choice, I believe it's the fairest decision for myself, my incredible clients and the amazing people that surround me. I eagerly anticipate returning to freelance when the timing aligns perfectly. In the meantime, I am wholeheartedly embracing every opportunity at VCU with open arms. Building a fulfilling life here has been an absolute joy, and I'm immensely grateful for all the support along the way.
I look forward to sharing my personal work and adventures through a new portfolio still under development which will also host client work from over the past 5 years.

THE PAST 5 YEARS...
In the midst of my middle school years, I found myself immersed in a world of creativity, dedicating countless hours to making captivating content for my personal YouTube channel and crafting videos that earned accolades within my school community. One standout creation, "Newton's Laws x Fortnite," captivated students, teachers, and staff alike throughout Henrico County Public Schools. This early foray into content creation not only bolstered my confidence but also equipped me with the essential skills needed to embark on a thrilling entrepreneurial journey.
Fast forward to July 16th, 2019 – the day I founded AC Media Solutions, marking the beginning of my venture into the realm of providing top-tier video editing services to RVA's vibrant community. The reception was swift and overwhelmingly positive. Within the inaugural year alone, I had the privilege of collaborating with 25 clients, each project fueling my passion further.
Over the course of my first two years in business, I had the pleasure of crafting compelling content for a diverse array of local businesses across various industries. One notable endeavor involved supporting Our Lady of Lourdes School's admissions initiatives, where I contributed over 25 tailored pieces of social media and website content.
I also played a pivotal role in the successful launch of a cutting-edge mobile app, leveraging the power of short-form video to captivate audiences. Additionally, in response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, I introduced a groundbreaking video concept, Virtual Birthdays, which resonated deeply with families seeking a way to celebrate special occasions.
In October 2020, I rebranded to Fancyy Media, venturing into the realms of event and wedding coverage, complemented by a strong presence in commercial video production. At this point, I have successfully collaborated with clients spanning four different states. My portfolio had a rich tapestry of content, showcasing my versatility across various sectors.
In December 2021, a unique opportunity presented itself – a collaboration with a VCU class. Despite being a high school junior at the time, I joined forces with college seniors passionate about advertising and creative work. Together, we crafted innovative strategies aimed at enhancing the lives of my clients, giving rise to the #FindYourFancyy mantra.
In 2022, I focused on massive collaborations with select Richmond clients, including a year-long partnership with Riverwood Designs, where I crafted three bespoke videos highlighting their services and unique narrative. Additionally, I contributed my expertise to the creation of a compelling mini-documentary chronicling a Richmond entrepreneur's transformative journey at a New Mexico Cattle Ranch. I proved that with video, anyone can tell their story.
The following year marked a transformative decision to focus exclusively on wedding videography, leading me to collaborate with remarkable couples, each with their own unique love story. My passion-infused wedding films aimed not only to document but to provide an authentic, cinematic experience that would resonate for years to come.
As my lens expanded to document local charity events, sports, and the dynamic world of real estate, my storytelling ability remained at the forefront, ensuring that every frame captured transcended the ordinary.
In the past five years, I've embraced a myriad of projects, infusing them with the essence of Fancyy. To embrace Fancyy is to pursue your dreams unapologetically, infusing them with a passion that turns ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
